I am Anupama Mohla, and my journey into mental health began with my own battle against stress and anxiety. At first, I thought I was simply ‘an anxious person,’ brushing off my low moments as mere moodiness. But through my own struggles and resilience, I discovered the skills to manage my symptoms.
Charged by my personal experience, I moved on a journey in search of knowledge, reading books, research papers, and YouTube videos. This curiosity for understanding led me to pursue my Master’s in Psychology, where I understood intricacies of human behaviour. It was during this exploration that I came across Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which offered profound insights into behavioural patterns, language, communication, and emotions.
As I began to reframe my own limiting beliefs and create new behaviours, I realized the profound impact of taking control of my emotions. This revelation ignited a passion within me to extend a helping hand to others struggling with similar challenges. Thus, I founded my practice, TenderTouch, to assist individuals in overcoming negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and unresourceful behavioural patterns.

My journey of self-discovery also led me to explore the fascinating realm of Hypnotherapy. Through understanding the subconscious mind, I developed a profound sense of self-worth and purpose. Additionally, I became a certified Parenting Coach, recognizing the pivotal role childhood experiences play in shaping our lives.
At TenderTouch, therapy is not just a passive experience; it’s interactive and educational. I treat each client with the utmost respect and provide unconditional positive regard. Many of my clients initially come to me in denial, a natural coping mechanism. However, through building rapport and creating open and honest communication, we walk together on a transformative journey.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing various challenges, from grief and depression to betrayal. Utilizing techniques such as past life regression and inner child healing, we’ve seen miraculous transformations on their path to healing.
